What a joke, upgrade, it sounds more like a donwgrade. An aboriginal channel that the aboriginal people ( and the rest of the people) may have to pay for in remote areas?

Shaw Direct if you have their system and setup.

Both Bell and Shaw carry it in their Ku DTH lineups. The C-band signal is for cable headends etc. I doubt if Shaw will sell a c-band sub receiver retail. Might have to call them just to find out...
