Anyone out there have HD LiL and FSN Ohio?

Does anyone out there have HD locals from E* and also get FSN Ohio/Sportstime OH? Im looking at the map and the only way I can think to get this is HD locals from Detroit or Pittsburgh, but still be close enough to Ohio to grab RSN from OH. Anyone have an adress where this is possible?

Well i can tell you my service address is in pittsburgh and before i downgraded to the all hd package with the multisport pack i got cavs games extra. Of course i also got the pittsburgh games. I was unable to get any of the indians games or reds games though even with multisport pack. I think cleveland hd locals are scheduled to come online pretty soon though.
