All of the feeds on 99 with a symbol rate of 4000 are CBS. "Service 01" is one of them. You may find this thread interesting: Error | SatelliteGuys.US

Just pulled in 4 more! One is an empty chair and one a ship of some sort. I am surprised but am getting them with a 90cm. I cant wait til in the morning I will be scanning hard in the morning with my newly corrected dish.

The difference between a dish that's 90cm wide and 120cm wide is about 2.5dB. That means signals will be almost twice as strong, or alternatively you can receive a signal that's 1/2 the strength of the weakest signal you can receive with the smaller dish. It's a significant difference if you are looking for weak signals.

I'd love to find a local distributor who can sell me a 1.2m dish (or a 1.1m dish), but searching on Google for distributors only turns up the guys who want to come out to your house, put a small dish on your roof and sell you a subscription to DirectTV or some other service. In Maine it doesn't show anyone who actually sells Ku band dishes. I know DirectTV actually have a 1.2m dish (see for example DIRECTV 1.2m Satellite Dish Reflector for Alaska and Hawaii (DTVAH12DISH) from Solid Signal), but I can't even get any of the Maine installers/vendors to answer my email when I ask if they can get one.

Does anything on my setup look off to you?

Ever wonder why certain sats are rarely used
