Does anyone in Memphis have the new DVR and dish? I am being told that they are still not offering CBS in HD….why is that?

I am getting the new dvr saturday. Currently only NBC and FOX for the locals in HD. They are still negotiating the CBS and ABC contract. On the avsforum (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=167943 you might want to start at the last page and work back), someone mentioned they received ABC in hd, but no 5.1.

I'm in Oxford, MS which is in the Memphis local channel region, and I have the new HR20-700 and the new dish already installed. I am getting ABC, NBC and Fox in HD. CBS, PBS and CW are still in SD.
