Anyone having an issue with broadband failing on Joey?

My Hopper has ethernet plugged right into it directly and its all green (passed) and functions… on my Joey (1 Joey only) it fails broadband?

any suggestions? I've reset it, scanned for it, rebooted the Joey… still fails :-(

Read the Q+A and installation tips by Scott in this thread. The thumbnaills page 3, 4th issue. It says that the Joey will get that message . However if the hopper is conected to the internet, you will get blockbuster at the Joey. So stop trying to connect the Joeys to broadband.
