I don't know if I missed a free preview notice or something but I just looked on my bill and it has showtime for no charge. Not sure how long I have been getting it because I don't check online often and never really tune into the station since I never signed up for it.

might be your loyal customer reward. some people are getting free showtime for 3 months. is this your anniversary month? and have you been a loyal customer for over 3 years?
I just signed up with DirecTV a few weeks ago and the CSR told us she will give us Showtime free for 1 year. We didn't even ask. What we really wanted was NFL ST Superfan free and we asked if we could have that instead of Showtime, but she said no unfortunately.
I've been with them for over three years, but not sure when my anniversary month is. I'll take it though!
