any hlep with T5 appreciated

i know i had a post elsewhere but did not get any info, so i am starting a new thread to figure this out. i got to get this set up.
I live in 3rd floor, off the balcony i am at edge trying, but need confirm my azm and angle with you guys and proper set up for a strong tp to lock into t5 or any input to help me out here.

here is my set up... thanks for the help; any help with this would be appreciated.

I had a BEC ird so i got it up, and have been tring now for 3 days streight to get IA 5, i gave up my Coolsat for now, and going streight into the BEC now. I am using a GPS for azm. and have also tried a mag. comp. thought using the BEC would be better than Coolsat... God Help me if that helped.!!

I get strength of 68 that goes up to 74 with quality at 20 and it does not move. the bars are white, and can not get the bird.... anyhelp would be appreciated.

I just measured the dish, it is 32.5" up/down and 30" side to side.

Here are few things to think about...
1. the first thing to start with is make sure the mast (or pole or whatever) you have your dish mounted to is SOLID and LEVEL. if there is a tiny bit of movement or it is "kind of level" then fix it. When I first got into this that was my biggest problem. Start with a strong foundation and build from there.

2. If you goto the Sadoun website, they have a great page for figuring out your angles. Has helped me much in the past.

3. When you adjust your dish, you must move it the smallest amount that you can. the adjustments on these dishes are sooooo small. take whatever you have been moving it and cut that in half, then half again, then half, etc. No kidding, the width of a sharpey mark can be the differance between 20% and 80%

4.yes, be very patient. My first setup took me almost a week to get right =)

i need to confirm if the recver setting for T 5 are coorect for the tp. 11867 V 22000 a strong tp for me to use to lock in the sat.? thanks
