Octagon SF8008 - any good?

i have an opportunity to buy a used Octagon SF8008 combo. Does anyone here have any experience with it and is it good? I already have an OSMIO4K, i like the gigabit LAN on the Octagon, but not sure how the rest of the performance and useability comp[ared to the MIO4K
