I live in central North Louisiana 30 miles north of Monroe, LA.
Does any of these numbers below put me in a HD market if I "move"?
Any other possibilities I am over looking?
I have a OTA antenna but due to disability its not handy for me.
Satellite 129 spotbeam 16 pulls in 47% locked
Satellite 129 Transponder 15 reads 67% locked.
Satellite 129 spotbeam 14 reads 44% locked.
Is there a map where I can look at the spotbeam of 129 and other satellites such as 110 and 119 orbit
Those SS should give you a good picture. By the way those are transponder numbers and not spotbeam numbers. For ConUS beams a transponder can be used just once. For spotbeams, the same transponder numbers can be reused in different spotbeams which is why spotbeam satellites are very efficient for providing local TV channels. Spotbeam centers for 129W are here:

To see a map of the beam, plug the SB number in place of the 44 in the template below:

If you look at The List! (see the tab at the top of the page) you will see that the beams and transponders that channels are on are noted. Digi also has links to some of the SB maps for 129W.
There are spotbeams maps floating about in the ethersphere if you do a search. There are some maps at dishuser.com as well:

Here's an Echstar 10 (110W) map:
