Another Univision dispute brewing?

Dish just uplinked separate OTA guide data streams for a bunch of stations across the country, and removed the OTA guide data link to the satellite-delivered versions of these stations.

Obviously, this affects a lot more than just Univision. However, that is the one that stands out to me, since it affects a station in my local market. (WQHS - Cleveland, Ohio)

This is the type of preparation that Dish does ahead of any potential dispute with the local broadcast station owners. So, it looks like Univision may end up getting dropped yet again.
