I need some help here. I move north from San Antonio for five months. In the new location, my 1000.2 cannot receive 110 because of the building I am in. The Seattle locals appear to be on 110. The info below shows some locals on 119.

Sat Maps: http://satmaps.satelliteguys.us/

60 - 119 Echostar/Dish Echostar 14 S2790 A01 SeattleWA 12.2-12.7 Echostar 14 119W A01 Seattle

Location: just over the 51.2 dBw, first white line.

121 119 Echostar/Dish Echostar 7 S2740 S3 SeattleWA 12.2-12.7 Echostar 7 119W S3 Seattle

Location: just over the 52 dBw, blue line.

The List: http://www.satelliteguys.us/thelist/index.php?page=sub

8610 KOMO (ABC 4) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available
8611 KIRO (CBS 7) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available
8612 KING (NBC 5) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available
8614 KMYQ (MY 22) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available
8616 KCTS (PBS 9) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available
8623 KPST (AZT 45) MPEG2 SD 119°W 03 QPSK (5/6) Spotbeam 3 Seattle, WA Available

Can I receive these locals from ths spotbeam. In some cases it appears I am the boundry of the spotbeam. Will I receive the signal.
Thanks

If you are on the boundry, it is hard to say. One would think so if you have the dish pointed to give you as much signal from the spotbeam in question. If Seattle is on 119 and you can 'see' it, you should again have no problem, not seeing 110 would not cause you to not see the locals..
