I currently live in southwest lower Michigan (St. Joseph/Benton Harbor) and want to "move" to South Bend, Indiana. The only reason is because Cubs games there are not blacked out on Comcast Sports Net and they are where I live. I use my OTA antenna for my locals which pick up both Chicago and SB locals and I'm subscribed to AT100 Plus so I opt out of the locals that Dish provides and save a few bucks. My question is: is this going to look suspicious to Dish that I'm "moving" and yet I don't care about local channels? My other concern is that when I began my service on the PLUS tier of programming I had to talk to three different people before they finally agreed to pull the local channels and not charge me for them - don't want to go through "moving" and then have the local channels show up again.
