Another error - re: Smart Card

Viewing TNT (138) message popped up: "005 Smart Card does not currently have authorization to view this program.' (Before I could copy entire message, error message disappeared.) Yes, this channel is one I'm subscribed to (silver pkg). Turned TV off, then back on, thinking that might fix. Nope, visual, but NO audio. Changed channels (thru program guide, then recall to 138) and then had video and audio. Should I request a smart card?? (Receiver 222k).
:eek: This is post-install day 10 and seems every day has brought a new problem (as those of you have read posts from last week can attest....I can't get one problem resolved B4 another occurs.)
