ANOTHER broken receiver!

I've been w/ D* for about a year. I have the package w/ 4 rented 311 receivers w/ free install and no commitment. The receivers are refurbished. Anyway, 1 of the 4 died a month or two ago. I had to pay $15 for a replacement. Now ANOTHER one is failing! I'm not going to keep paying for replacement equipment that isn't even mine! If I threaten to cancel, you think they'll send me a free replacement?
