Another 3688 Question

I did a blind scan on AMC 9, before I scanned I deleted all of the existing frequencies and started with a clean slate. After the scan I had 15 FRs and when it started to process them it would tell me "already scanned." My question is how can they be already scanned when I just did it?

Since mine is in the shop, I can't remember how I did it...but I noticed that too. I deleted everything on SBS6 and alot said "already scanned"

I dont understand why it stores the same frequencies in 3,4 5 times (everytime you scan)
