Annoying pop up

Can someone tell me why out of 7 tv's I have a pop up saying I need to pay my bill?? Its always the same tv2 off of 722k

Well besides paying your bill sooner (not trying to be a smart alack) you might try to turn tv enhancements off.Not entirely sure if that works with the bill pay but it does with most interactive stuff.

Lol. Its auto drafted! Anyway ive seen it on other customers as well. And one was on tv1 on 322 but not on other 3 tv's.

To get the message to stop appearing, you must acknowledge the message three times in a row. If it pops up, select the "ok" option at the bottom 3 times in a row and it will cease. Let me know if it continues to appear
