AMC 6 has switched to DVB-S2.

Well its happening..more and more services are going to S2...CW mux this time...Hope more companies begin making receivers with the S2 capabilities..

The CW masters are in DVB-S on G-17. There is a need for a cheap S2 receiver but its still a way off from what I heard.

those amc-6 channels will hardly lock on my pansat 9200 HD.
it locks up and has to be rebooted.
i think the low bitrate is the problem. i can keep them locked for about 20 seconds at 89% quality then lose signal and lock up.
