Anymore it seems 3-4 hours is the norm.
I always plan my service calls in the morning, Because I've had the same issues at night. Where I live is always either the First or last stop everytime. I've had some 7 pm arrivals, and some 10 pm departures.
So no more between 12 and 5 for me.

Yea been there, Sometimes they forget your credits too.
Stay on top of them.

I always carry no less than 2 meters with at all times. must be a noobie or someone who thinks his sat buddy will never break down.

internal techs are not allowed to carry a backup meter. in fact they can get fired for it. e HAS changed. you use what they give you and nothing else, OR ELSE.
seriously, its gotten pretty bad.
