Advice on 8psk usb/pci

The echostar slate on 105W Ku , is 12124 H 1000 . I can lock it with the Manhattan receiver, but nothing else that I've tried. You might practice on that, too.

I can lock that on the Solomend, but it will only scan and show a picture on Pre-June 2010 firmware.

Strange.
Looking at your signature, I can not understand why you can not lock.
My SkyWalker-1 locks just fine (though, as you can see, signal strength is rather low).
Also, my SkyWalker-1 reports that it's 12122MHz (2MHz off).
Some Tuners (DVB-s card) may need to know exact frequency for such low bandwidth signals, otherwise they may have hard time to find this signal.
Try to lock with different frequencies.

Misunderstanding, my skywalker-1 locks it, and the Profs locks it, but no stb's . I just thought you were looking for low SR tp's to check out.

SkyWalker-3 can NOT lock it
SR is too slow for it, probably.

Sometimes the slate is not up, so that is a problem. You'll have to make sure the tp is hot, clearly, to check out the Skywalker-3 .

There's more low SR on Hispasat 30w.

anybody saw DVB-S2 TP with SR faster then 30msps in Ku band (reachable from West Coast of US)?
Please let me know, I'd like to tune it as well
