Additional satellite antenna

I have a Dish Network account with two DVR receivers, one in the front room and one in the bedroom. I would like to move the one in the bedroom to our guest house which is about 200 feet away. My question is can I just buy another dish antenna and install it on my guest house and hook up the bedroom receiver to it without having to buy an additional account?

should be no prolem, just be sure you get the same dish you have on the house ie a dish 500 dish 1000 etc, some locals you will need a dish 1000 or dish 500+.

You can also get a different dish with different lnb's that you currently have, but you's have to run a check switch each time you change your location.

You can do what you asked, or bury some cable to the other place (it's not suppose to work from that far, but it does, provided it's new cable in good condition.

Another Dish is definately the better option though.

call dish and upgrade, tech will install a dish for that extra room
