Adding a 722 to a 625--are these prices right??

Well, I'm finally doing it! I'm adding an HD receiver. Just got off the phone with Dish, been a customer for 11+ years, had to talk to a "loyalty specialist" but here's what I got.

Currently I have a 625 with the Gold 250. My current bill is:

Classic Silver 200 with DVR = 57.99
Classic Gold 250 = 10.00
DishDVR Advantage Credit Adjustment = (3.00)
Total 64.99 per month

Dish is giving me a 722 with all the required dish upgrades (I have a Dish500, I think I'll need a 1000.2 ?) for no cost with a 24-month commitment. Here's what they say the new bill will be:

Classic Silver 200 with DVR = 57.99
Classic Gold 250 = 10.00
DishDVR Advantage Credit Adjustment = (3.00) (they said I keep this thru 2009)
722 leased receiver fee = 10.00
Monthly Credit for 12 months = (10.00) (this was a loyalty credit?!? How nice!)
HD + Platinum programming = 10.00
Total 74.99 per month

After 2009 it goes up to 77.99 when I lose the 3.00 DishDVR Advantage credit
After 12 months it goes up to 87.99 when I lose the 10.00 credit

So my question is, are these fees right? It sounds like a good deal to me.

One last question, at some time I plan on dropping the 625 and just keeping the 722 with Gold250, local, and HD programming. Can I do that at any time, or am I stuck with both for the next 24 months?

Thanks for the help!!!

Those prices look about right to me, give or take a few. When I did this, my 722 became my primary receiver, so the DVR Advantage applied to it and not to my 625. The latter cost me $10 in DVR and additional outlet fees. So I think your bill above is correct except it should say "625 leased receiver fee". A 2nd HD receiver should cost you $12/mo. (Both my 612's cost me that much.)

If you own your 625 as I did mine, you can drop it at any time. If you had a commitment on a leased 625, I would hold off dropping that one until that earlier commitment has passed. Otherwise you may pay an early termination fee.
