After being in an apartment for nine months while looking for a house and having it built, I am ready to set up my dish again.

I have a Dish 500 with two receivers and dual LNBs. I am considering buying a 322 receiver and a Legacy Quad LNB especially since my switches were lost with our move. If someone could help me answer the question of what kind of adapter I will need to use the Quad LNB with my dish
I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Good news, no adapter is needed. DP equipment is backwards compatible with Legacy LNBs. So it's just a matter of running two lines from your LNB to your receiver. Well, and running said lines thru a groundblock, but you already knew THAT one.

Why buy a Legacy Quad instead of a DPP-Twin? Why a 322 instead of a DVR?

To answer that, we'd need to know what your other receiver(s) are.
