Aside from the confusion regarding the actual sat and TP in question, the actual addition of a new sat to the Coolsat 4000 - 5000 - 6000 models is easy as Ice has stated.
You do need to access the USALS menu to enter the orbital position of the new sat, however. This is regardless of whether you have a motorized setup or fixed point dishes. It is just where you have to go to enter the orbital position properly on these models. It sounds kinda strange that you have to do this, but that is just the way it is.
You can enter the orbital position as a part of or entirely as the satellite name, but that won't help you organize your list according to the different satellites and their orbital positions. Without the proper orbital for each sat, it may create conflicts with the switch matrix setup and mapping for fixed point systems and it just may not allow you to do it period. It certainly will NOT function if you are using a motorized system.
The 6100, 7000, 7100 and 8000 models are much different animals. I am informed by others that they are more difficult to add new sats, but I have no first hand experience here.
