Added 722K cannot get the free Starz

I recently added a 722K to go along with the 222K. The 222K has the Starz free preview but the 722K does not. I have HD for life and get all the other channels. I called support and she tried to get them by rebooting and also check switch but could not get them to come online. She said that she was turning the problem over to another help group and I should know something in 48 hours. Have any of you had this problem? Oh, also I am not connected to a phone line on either receiver.

Dish should try re-hitting your receivers, that might help. It's help me in the past, when one receiver got something, the other didnt.

Dish sent a service man today on Sunday and he had them re hit and everything works great.

I asked the first young lady to try it but she walked me through what I had already tried. Told me that she was turning it over to someone else that would contact me within 48 hours. I did not realize that my daughter was on her computer chatting with support and they are the ones that set up the service call. I gave a perfect 10 to the survey because the service tech that came was really great. I couldn't rate the two calls before he got here.

Starz promo wasn't on my receiver so I called Dish. I'm an AT&T/Dish account and was advised the promo isnt available for AT&T/Dish accounts. Every time something new comes out the AT&T accounts get boned.
