acquiring signal only on certain HD channels

if i turn to the monster channel i keep getting acquiring signal error message every minute or two, but if i go to the hd discovery channel i have no problem. also no problems with 110 or 119 just the monster channel and a couple of others in hd on sat 129.622 receiver

I thought I had fixed this by resetting the matrix and rebooting but the problem has since come back.

I'm afraid it's a software issue that not everyone is having?

Oh well, maybe we'll see a fix in a year or 2.

I had a similar problem and turns out it was because interference caused by leaves sprouting out on the trees. I suppose that I had a clear view of the 129 sat when they installed my dish during the winter, but I lost a bunch of my HD channels when the leaves came out. I called Dish and they had a technician come out last week. I ended up having to add a separate dish to pull in my HD channels from another sat with a much higher ordit (65.1, I think?) Everything works fine now!

blank spots have no signals. i have a 1000.2 dish with 3 lnb's after unplugging receiver and then replugging it back in have not experienced problem
