Access on Anik F1 ????

Hi to all ......Does anyone out there get the channel on Anik FI at 107.3 transponder 9 11959 V 15.914. It's just called "Access" the education station. I ve tried scanning it and can't get it. I've done power scan , transponder scan and advanced scan with no luck. It seems to have some decent programming on it and I thought it would be worth a look for sure. Lyngsat shows it as in the clear , so what's up ?????? Thanks MK.

It DCII encryption, so a DVB receiver wont get it

A preauthorized StarCHoice receievr gets it along with a 4DTV

Thanks ............ that's what is so confusing sometimes. Lyngsat updates their site daily, but yet channels like these care still listed as "digital,clear". Then I start wondering if i've entered the right info in my scans and so on ...............

look at the encryption area
If it says "Digicipher II", it won't work

only DVB will
