AAD Dist Network KTVU is missing?

I subscribe to AAD distant FOX package 1 HD channel KTTV HD out of LA,The Other KTVU SD out of SF.Today my SD channel KTVU is missing from Guide(there was a pop up stating problem with smart Card)however if this was the issue why would my other AAD network from LA still be available.Anyone else having this issue.
The funny thing is I was thinking of cancelling the SD channel anyway ,I just want to make sure at this point I am not being charged if its no longer available.

Mine are all missing too. The last time I checked two weeks ago they were gone and it took a couple of phone calls to get them to reactivate my receiver. This time I had enough and called to cancel.

The AAD lady told me there is a $25 cancellation fee or a $4 fee if you just let it expire. I choose the latter. So I will have them until late August if they manage to reappear on their own.

It's been a couple of days now and they are still gone from the channel guide.
