This will most likely just be another company making an Ouya ripoff. They are android consoles that let you play tablet games with a real controller on your TV for about $100. No thanks.
They do have an Onlive app so you can play some console type games on it if you pay for that. I have never personally used Onlive myself but from what I hear its not a good experience. Supposedly the server PCs running the games are underpowered so you get low graphics performance and lots of input lag because you are streaming the video and all you control inputs have to travel to the servers and back.
