  • Server Issues.

    We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

    Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

I believe things will be back to normal with SatelliteAV on ebay after March 30th. I sent an ebay message regarding all the items that are listed as out of stock and received the following reply. :)

satellite_av is out of the office until 03/30/2019 and may not be able to respond to your message.

Our team is attending a trade show and will not ship orders from March 25 to March 30. We will process all orders and reply to any messages on Monday during normal business hours. Thank you!

Hello, thanks for following our listings and for your question. We were out of our offices last week for an industry trade show and needed to shut down sales temporarily, but we do have stock and will back selling again as usual.
