942 will not find 61.5

Have a 942 hooled up thru a DP34 to a dpp 500 110,119 and a Dish 300 @61.5
when i do check switch on the 942 it errors out on the 61.5 sat.

But when i plug in my 721 it works fine.

What could the problem be ?

What does the switch test exactly state after running it on both receivers?

Red X pn the 61.5 sat.

If i upgrade to the 622 will the tech install all new DPP lnbs ? Or will he just leave th DPs up ?

Might be the wires, the receiver is trying to read the sat. Check connections from 61.5 to the switch as well (it might be there if both tuners are giving you the same reading).
