942 strech mode issues?

942 Remote question

OK I have a 942 and a 501 in the same rack. I have the 942 set to Single Mode so it seems the UHF remote does not work in single mode. Problme is I guess I need to block the IR ports on the 501 as it is responding to some of the same commands. Any way to get the UHF remote to work on the 942 in single mode?

Kluken-
This is a pretty easy fix, all you need to do is assign different address for each remote. This is how it is done:
1. Push the system info button on the front of either receiver.
2 Take the remote assigned to that receiver and hold down the SAT button until all the other buttons at the top blink.
3. Then press 0 and then 1-9 for what ever address that you want to assign the remote.
4. Then press pound (#)
5. The SAT button will blink three times.
6. Then press record.
7. You address for that remote is now changed.
8. Then assign the other remote a different address using the steps above.
They should work independently after that.

-To have the zoom function work you need to assign the 942 secondary remote with the same address as the primary remote.
