942 Loses TV2

Hi, My 942 intermittently loses TV2 with either black image or message saying re accuiring satellites 0 of 5. All I have to do is to hit standby on the remote twice and the image is back. TV1 is always working, sometimes I have to re-boot the 942 to get the image back.

I called Dish and wasted over 30 min on someone that was reading from a manual and had no clue (what a surprise)

Any body got any ideas?

Are you running in single or dual mode?

Your tv 1 antenna may need new location or raise up to somewhere.
THere is the number one problem with tv2 signal transmitt/receive.
