922 Not Recording

I have a 922 that no longer records. I can watch what I have on HD and the external HD, but no new shows record. I get a Red light that its recording though.

Have you tried to reset the receiver? Do all of the events show that they were recorded in the Daily Schedule?

It gave a Red light like was recording to hard drive, but when you checked the page, it had a screensaver window instead of program(s) being recorded. Tech support was no help, they have sent me a new one. Let's see if it works.



HD was about 65% full.
