921 Setup

Can anyone tell me where the hookup (dish, LNB, Switch config.) diagrams are that were on the Dish site. I guess they have taken them down now that the 942 is out, I couldn't find them. If they are in fact not there (and not that I just couldn't find them) can someone email the pdf's to me if you still have them?

Don't be afraid to look at examples for receivers other than the 921 - a dual-tuner is a dual-tuner. the section under 942 is quite complete.
