STB now is a Linkbox 9000i. But note that the original post of mine was using the X2 Premium Mini which has been replaced by the Linkbox.

Does the Linkbox 9000i display modulation parameters, FEC and HD flavor (1080i etc)?

The X2 box I bought was a bust, so the search goes on.
