811 PG not the same

Hi I have (2) 811 with Dish 500 from SBC/DISH
TV1 shows no PG for the Latino package.
But TV2 shows them in RED> and some other movie ones in Green>
I have the American 180 pac with Locals,HDPac, HBO and Stars. Do I need to call on this?

You can ask for a subscription hit to the box acting up.

Your description kinda makes me think you have one guide in all channels mode and the other one in all sub mode. Push the guide button when iin the guide to change modes. The red/green channels are channels that you do not currently subscribe to.
