Now if you are just having a fixed dish on certain satellites, then you must have the mount of that particular dish to be able to mount on the pole.

The SG2100 HH motor and STAB motors are not that expensive.
You may wonder by looking at the pictures of the dish, "How am I gonna make a mount plate without the mount itself?" Well, put something on the four bolt holes under the dish (wet ink, chalk), then flip it over and set it on a white poster card board to make the holes imprint and draw a rectangle box around them. See the picture of the square mount on the CM dish. (first picture).
I am using a plate made of metal 11" x 10". Metal plate must be sturdy to support the dish. 1/2 plywood can be used.
Also you would need the footing of a Directv dish. I know you can come across one very easy.
I can go on and on. The bottom line is BE CREATIVE!
