we tried ordering a movie from directv cinema tonight and it gave us a 742 error code. the system is connected to the internet aswell. any idea on why this is happening
Error Code 742: PPV data was Missing...Cause/Resolution: Conflict between your current billing information and authorization services...PPV event, day and time needs to be escalated by CS to the DIRECTV Support Center, resolution is normally 1 business day.
they had a block on my acct preventing me from ordering PPV on there end. but with 6 phone calls and threatening to cancel we got everything sorted out and everything's working
