does this software fix audio drops for 722k? What causes them? I'm connected with an HDMI.
if by 'audio dropouts' you mean momentary skips in the sound - then NO it is not corrected, was happening on a regular basis for me last night.

Is there any way to force the receiver to download the software update? I'd really appreciate the volume leveling software fix. My 722 is still running L625
Yes he will. Sound leveling is for all VIP receivers. 622 and 722.Sorry to tell you dangue but you won't ever get this software because you have a 722 and this is for 722k

So far most everything in this update is good. The volume leveling stinks though for those that wanted it you will have it. It is 1 of the worse sounding comp/limiters I've ever heard. It pumps like a bicycle pump: in-out in-out. Had to disable it really quickly before it made me puke.
Hmmm, I've been using it since the update and watched quite of bit of Dolby Digital and non-Dobly Digital and haven't noticed this.
How do you turn off the advertisements? It seems like the volume leveling feature actually works. (Thanks Dish--and it's about time!)
The VOD advertisement in the guide is lame. Thankfully it can be turned off. Also, I don't think it appears if you are using a favorite list that excludes the 501 VOD channels.
Are they still pushing this out? I'm still on firmware version 658.
622 will get it too!I've not got my question answered about the 622's?? Will they get a software release that does this same thing for the volume???
Are they pushing it out one box at a time? They started pushing it out over a week ago and you would think they'd be done by know. My bitches every time a commercial comes on that is twice as load as the regular commercials or shows.
