722k Remote Wizard

I cannot get the remote controls to complete System Wizard. I get a partial green bar and then error window 926 pops up that says do not move the remote, make sure front of receiver is not blocked, and the remote is between 4 to 10 feet from the receiver. I have checked all these things and still can't get it to work. It is happening for both 20.0 and the 21.0 remotes. Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem?

Thanks cummingsje, that did the trick. TV1 remote took a couple of tries and TV2 latched on first try. I had tried several inches from the receiver and then several times tried between 4 and 10 feet. Apparently one foot is the magic number.
