Justplugged in my 722 receiver and I cannot get the dish menu to come on the tv screen. I plugged my 311 receiver in and the screen and menu came right up. I am using a hdmi cable between tv and 722. Is there something I am missing or do I have bad 722? any thoughts appreciated.

Have you tried a different output from the 722, ie: component, s-video, composite, rf?

Press and hold the white SAT button until the rest of the white buttons turn red, Press the numbers 0 and 1 then the # button on the lower right of the numerical buttons once then try menu.
