721 search went bad, REAL BAD

I have been trying to do a search but the only thing that will come up from the search is:

AUX 10:16
AUX 10:16

I have tried to to Reboot but nothing helps. EVERY SINGLE TIME E* DOES A SOFTWARE UPDATE THEY SCREW IT UP.... THANKS DISH

What types of reboot have you done? Front panel, smart card, power plug?

How about factory default setting?

I've been seeing this lately as well.

I solved the same problem a few weeks ago by an "unplug, several minutes" reboot. It has not returned!

I did an unplug and a smart card reboot, still sucks.
