625 locked up on guide

The last two days I have turned reciever on it had the download program guide displayed almost at the end of the status bar. I cancel and when tune to a channel the screen is blank. Turn off reciever and back on then it works. Is there some sort of reset or something I can try?

Have you tried a hard reboot (unplug).

As for what to do, my 625 stopped doing it after 6 or 7 days of doing it. Don't know what caused it, but cancelling the download seemed to fix it (and not mess up any of the EPG Data at all).
