622 Video/Audio Outputs

Are all of the outputs "hot" or live regardless if I'm using HDMI and component? The reason I ask is that I'm thinking of picking up a Slingbox 350 and I would use the component outputs of the 622 to connect to it, while leaving the HDMI of the 622 connected for my home system.
