622 receiver shows no video.

hey guys , i just tried to use my 622 receiver and it shows no video out. i tried dvi, component, composite and coaxial and it shows nothing. another thing i noticed is on the front panel the tv1 light keeps flashing.
any ideas?

Do you mean nothing shows up or do you see guide and/or error messages but no programming?

Step 1 - verify the display is working with another video source.

Step 2 - Hard Reboot.

Step 3 - If it has a new purple smart card, pull it and reinsert (should reboot unit).

Step 4 - Call Dish Tech support.
