Now that I have HD locals here in Sacramento, I can used all three turners to record my favorite network TV shhows in HD which are always on at the same time.
The 622 did it very well. My only probem is an ocational drop out of the sound. I suspect it is the unbelievable antenna system they (DISH) forced me to get. I like watching something already recorded while 3 new recording are being made.
The DISh 1000 replaced as good dual DISh 500 system which had HD from 61.5 and the other at the SD bird. reception was in the 90's and last year I had no lost reception even in the rain.
The Dish 1000 hic ups when a cloud goes by. My reception is 90+ for 119, 72+ for 110 but only 66- on 129.
Now I understand they will force me to payagain when the DISH 1000+ comes.
