Had this post once but something happened to it, so here we go again.

1. Need help in getting the tv2 remote to operate tv 1 using uhf.

2. Has amy one had experence with 40-50 ft hdmi cables? What is the best gage, shelding ect?

I don't know the answer to #1. However, I bought a 20 m (67 foot) HDMI cable from Lindy at http://www.lindy.com/us/ and it works great.

Try single mode, the button is on the receiver behind the door.

Check the A/B switch position under the battery door in the UHF remote. Default is "A". If changing to "B" then the receiver must also be changed (System Information screen). That may also impact how it works for TV1...
