612 Ex.HD. transfer

Has anybody tried a transfer from your 612 internal HD to an external yet? I have had no luck . The transfer starts like normal, runs down to 0 seconds remaining and then stays frozen there while the ex. HD light continues to flash. I even tried transferring one minute of SD recorded material with no luck. Tech. support has been no help also as they told me it must be an issue with the drive but I have tried two different drives with the same results.

Bumping this back up. Has anyone had success or problems making transfers to their EHD from their 612. I seem to be only problem reported to tech. support so far.

Thanks Commando , anyone else having success because at this point Tech does not no for sure it is a hardware problem with my reciever or a software problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

I do not have any problems with the transfer. It took time for HD, but was done succesfully at the end.
