61.5 and 119 MPEG2 Only

I used to have SkyAngel - thus I still have a DISH 300 pointed to 61.5 and I setup 119 for NASA and Angel One.

If I wanted to sub to DISH FAMILY package using an MPEG2 receiver (JVC 2700) could I- - - - - -since I have all the equipment - Can I sub without a contract?

Do I need 110 for complete coverage for DISH FAMILY?

My main goal is to get FOX NEWS the cheapest way possible.

You can look at the Dish Network Channel Chart and see if any of the "Family" channels are on 110. I think several of them are on 110, but I'm not certain as to the lineup for that package. For example, DIY, Fine Living and the Biography Channel are on 110.

Fox News is on 119.
