522 Error Code 02 help needed...

I have had pretty good success with my 522, but now I hit a recorded event that I tried to play back and it says "A problem was encountered when opening the files for this DVR event. Please note the Error Code: 02"

Any ideas as to what this is? I don't care if I lose 1 DVR event, but if this is pointing to some underlying problem that is developing, I would like to tackle it now before it becomes too severe.

Had the same thing on my 942 and my 522. IF you look on the dishnetwork home page under the tech portal , they have a definition for each error code and what to do for it.
